- Innovate – apply "yes, and" to figure out new ideas without judgement
- Navigate – look back from the end of <life/work/project/etc.>, and decide the course of action
- Activate – pre-empt saboteurs with planning
- Think through things from both the concrete "what is being said" but also the emotional sense; a lot of what needs to happen goes through that channel.

- Feels like a mix of CBT, Meditation, Mindfulness by different, catchier names – but an easy read that resonates well. With some good techniques to think through things well.
